Privacy notice
When you submit a score to the Green Cup leaderboard, we collect the display name, email address, score, consent choice, and submission time needed to operate the board.
Why we collect an email
- We use the email for transactional prize contact if you are the weekend winner.
- If you check the optional marketing box, we may use the email for FKTea drop and product updates through Klaviyo. This marketing opt-in is separate from prize contact.
What we publish
Your email is never shown publicly. The leaderboard publishes only your display name, score, rank, and submission time. We use a one-way hash of the connecting IP for short-term abuse-rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of your leaderboard record and associated email, contact FKTea through the address or support channel provided with the Green Cup campaign and include the display name and email used for the submission. We will verify the request and remove the record from the active leaderboard and marketing profile where applicable.
